Job summary

SAN MIGUEL INTEGRATED LOGISTICS SERVICES, INC. is seeking an Attendance and Timekeeping Clerk at our San Ildefonso, Bulacan operations. The role focuses on accurate attendance, DTR processing, and payroll-related support within a logistics environment.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, HR, or Logistics, plus proficiency in MS Excel and Word. Prior experience with drivers and delivery personnel is a plus, and the position is on site at our Bulacan site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor attendance records and timekeeping data to ensure accuracy.

• Process overtime, rest day, and leave requests; generate reports.
• Coordinate with supervisors to resolve attendance discrepancies.
• Prepare incident reports for attendance or operational violations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate attendance, DTR, and timekeeping records
• Audit attendance logs and identify tardiness, undertime, absences, and other attendance issues
• Review and validate overtime, rest day, holiday work, leave requests, and attendance corrections
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly attendance and manpower reports
• Coordinate with supervisors to resolve attendance discrepancies and missing records
• Prepare incident reports for attendance and operational violations when necessary
• Verify and reconcile attendance records prior to payroll processing
• Respond to employee inquiries related to attendance and timekeeping concerns
• Support operational requirements and perform other duties as assigned by management

About you

• Graduate of Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Logistics, or any related course
• Knowledgeable in attendance monitoring, payroll preparation, and Daily Time Record (DTR) processing
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic computer applications
• Experience in handling delivery personnel, including drivers and helpers, is an advantage
• Experience in logistics, fleet, warehouse, or operations environment is an advantage
