Job summary

SAN MIGUEL INTEGRATED LOGISTICS SERVICES, INC. is seeking a forklift operator to join our logistics team in Iligan. The role involves loading, unloading, and moving products, ensuring accuracy and safety in all handling activities.

Applicants should have at least two years of forklift experience on 3-ton machines or larger, and be prepared to pass the company Trade Test. Willingness to work on a shifting schedule is required.

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of experience operating 3-ton and above mechanical and/or electrical forklifts.
• Must successfully pass the required company's Trade Test.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Knowledgeable in conducting maintenance inspections, monitoring inventory, assembling mechanical components, and performing forklift repairs and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Pull, prepare, and load products for shipment, ensuring the correct quantity and feed type are accurately loaded and dispatched.
• Safely and efficiently move products from staging and storage areas to trucks, trailers, or designated loading locations.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in accordance with established safety procedures and work methods.
• Conduct daily pre-operational inspections and perform minor maintenance on forklifts and related equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Maintain forklifts, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and orderly condition at all times.
