Job summary

The Medical City Clinic in SM Lipa is seeking a Drug Test Analyst to join the team and help lead the organization to the next level. The position reports to the Clinic Manager of TMC Clinic SM Lipa and involves handling custody forms, specimen preparation, and accuracy in reporting.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Medical Technology or Medical Laboratory Science, is a Registered Medical Technologist (RMT), and Drug Test Certified, with strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology/Medical Laboratory Science with RMT and Drug Test Certification.

Responsibilities

• Verifies custody and control form completeness.
• Executes drug testing using IDTOMIS system.
• Prepares specimens for analysis.
• Interprets, records, and signs results.
• Maintains confidentiality of records and documents.
• Communicates with accredited confirmatory drug testing labs for positives.
• Submits used filters and prepares test kits for validation.
• Implements quality assurance programs.
• Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory drug testing requirements.

The Medical City Clinic is searching for a Drug Test Analyst in SM Lipa to join the team and help lead the organization to the next level.

This role reports directly to the Clinic Manager of TMC Clinic SM Lipa.

What’s The Role All About?

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Verifies the completeness of the custody and control form
• Executes drug test services using integrated Drug Testing Operations and Management Information System (IDTOMIS)
• Prepares specimen for analysis
• Interprets, records, releases, and signs the results
• Ensures the completeness and confidentiality of records and other related documents
• Communicates with accredited confirmatory drug testing laboratories for further examination of positive results
• Submits used filters and prepares drug test kits for validation
• Ensures implementation of quality assurance program
• Ensures that all legal and regulatory requirements of drug testing are compiled

Who Are We Looking For?
