Job summary

Insystic Corp. is seeking a Driver/Technician to support telecommunications site activities, including surveys, installation, commissioning, and documentation. The role requires driving to project locations and coordinating with the team.

You will operate company vehicles, perform basic maintenance checks, and assist with loading and unloading tools. Flexibility to travel across Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical/vocational course; relevant field.
• Valid Professional Driver's License for 4-wheel vehicles.
• Experience in driving and field/technical work; telecom exp is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of telecommunications equipment, networking, installation.
• Physically fit to lift and handle heavy equipment.
• Willing to travel to project locations and work in field environments.
• Strong communication and teamwork; able to follow safety procedures.
• Willing to deployment to Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao.

Responsibilities

• Assist TL in installation and setup of data network and comms equipment.
• Safely operate company vehicles per laws and policies.
• Transport personnel, tools, equipment, and materials to project locations.
• Plan routes and ensure timely arrival at destinations.
• Maintain vehicle logs and maintenance checks.
• Report issues promptly and follow safety procedures.
• Perform additional technical, driving, and operational duties.
