Job summary

Lalamove Philippines is seeking an Operations Specialist to boost driver reactivation and improve network reliability through data-driven strategies. The role focuses on monitoring performance, collaborating with Driver Support, and delivering actionable insights.

You will create reports to measure the success of incentives and peak-demand initiatives while ensuring effective communication with drivers and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct regular call-outs to inactive drivers to encourage reactivation.

• Identify and address any deviations from established standards or benchmarks.
• Implement strategies to optimize driver availability during peak demand hours.
• Create and maintain reports to track the success of driver initiatives.
• Implement Panalomoves or similar incentive programs to motivate and reward drivers.

What You'll Need:

• Previous experience in operations, supply management, or reactivation roles preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with drivers and internal teams.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with the ride-sharing or logistics industry is a plus.
