Job summary

Harmonic System Inc. in Quezon City is seeking a dedicated driver to prepare, operate and monitor company vehicles for daily operations.

You will keep vehicles clean and orderly, transport tools and equipment to site locations, and ensure materials needed on site are ready. Responsibilities include securing vehicles in parking, signing receipts, recording daily reports, and coordinating with superiors on trips and schedules related to operations and issues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, operate and monitor all company vehicles for operations.
• Keep company vehicles clean and orderly.
• Transporting tools and equipment to different site locations/office.
• Ensures that all the materials need in the site is accomplished.
• Ensures that all receipts/ receiving copy are signed by corresponding personnel
• Records daily reports and activities
• Check and repair/maintenance of oils, spare parts etc.
• Secure the vehicle at the parking area before leaving.
• Coordinates with superior regarding trips and schedules such as trouble.
