The role involves diagnosing issues, implementing maintenance schedules, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The Chief Mechanic will lead a team of mechanics, assign tasks, supervise repairs, and coordinate with suppliers for parts and equipment.

• 1. Communicate with customers or fleet managers regarding repairs and maintenance schedules.
