Job summary

Lalamove is seeking a Driver Operations Associate - Retention and Communication to join City Teams on-site in Manila. You will develop clear driver communications, manage accounts, and support internal communication strategies to keep drivers engaged and informed.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and familiarity with KYC processes or payment platforms; strong MS Office reporting skills are a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Familiarity with KYC processes, financial applications, or platform-based operations is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) with reporting, documentation, and data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, engaging driver spiels, announcements, and daily instructions to ensure driver alignment.
• Prepare and maintain regular reports on delivery performance, driver feedback, and supply status.
• Support planning and execution of internal communication strategies to strengthen driver engagement.
• Manage and process updates to driver accounts, including vehicle changes and contact information revisions.
• Execute daily driver cash-outs with high accuracy and accountability.
• Process driver KYC applications across platforms such as GCash, Maya, and UnionBank of the Philippines; identify process improvements to increase approvals.
• Oversee daily driver platform withdrawals via manual and in-app channels, ensuring secure and well-managed execution.
