Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven professional to lead dealer recruitment and onboarding, expanding the network and strengthening market reach.

You will drive growth by acquiring new dealers and building strong relationships to support their success. You will monitor KPIs, support onboarding and training, and collaborate with teams to meet sales targets while delivering excellent customer and partner experiences.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course; for undergraduates (at least 2 years) must have 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
