We are seeking a results-driven leader to recruit and onboard dealers, drive growth, nurture relationships, and ensure dealer success through training. You will monitor KPIs and help the network reach sales targets.

Competenze

• Must have a 4-year degree; undergraduates (2 years) with 2 years supervisory experience are eligible.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar field is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills are required.
• Relationship-building abilities; able to influence, work independently or in teams, and proficient in MS Office.

• Graduate of any 4-year course; For undergraduates (at least 2 years) must have 2 years supervisory experience.
• With experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar field.
• Mission-driven with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Relationship-builder who can influence, work independently or in teams, adapt under pressure, and is proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
