Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Leader to head dealer recruitment and grow the network across APAC. You will recruit, onboard, train dealers, and drive KPI-driven sales growth.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree, at least 2 years in a supervisory role, experience in direct selling or sales, and strong negotiation and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree required or equivalent.
• Proven supervisory experience (2+ years) for undergraduates.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar field.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive achievement of sales targets.

What Makes You A Great Fit:

• Graduate of any 4-year course; For undergraduates (at least 2 years) must have 2 years supervisory experience.
• With experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar field.
• Mission-driven with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Relationship-builder who can influence, work independently or in teams, adapt under pressure, and is proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
