Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. invites applications for a Dreams Fulfillment Officer in Bongabon, Philippines. You will lead dealer recruitment and onboarding to expand and strengthen the dealer network.

Lead dealer recruitment and onboarding to expand and strengthen the network for Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. (PCDSI).

Drive continuous growth by acquiring new dealers and increasing network reach.

Build strong dealer relationships through consistent engagement and support.

Facilitate onboarding, training, and development to ensure dealer success.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive achievement of sales targets.
