Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is a leading direct-selling company in the Philippines. We are recruiting a Dreams Fulfillment Officer in Aliaga to recruit and onboard dealers, expand the network, and build strong relationships.

The role requires 2+ years supervisory experience and a background in direct selling or sales. You will lead onboarding, training, and development to ensure dealer success, monitor KPIs, and drive sales targets.

Formación

• Graduate of a 4-year course; for undergraduates (at least 2 years) must have 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar field.
• Mission-driven with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Relationship-builder who can influence, work independently or in teams, adapt under pressure, and is proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
