Job summary

SMX is seeking a Logistics Specialist and Expeditor to support SOCPAC operations across the Philippines, based in Manila. You will oversee end-to-end logistics including transport, supply, property accountability, planning, and CTE processing, reporting to the Site Manager.

The role requires travel across the Philippines, TS/SCI clearance, and prior DoD/government logistics experience. You will liaise with U.S. and Philippine agencies and manage complex shipments and site activations.

Qualifications

• DoD TS/SCI clearance required or equivalent
• 4+ years supporting Philippine customs, permitting, and CTE processes
• 4+ years logistics, supply, or property accountability in DoD or government context

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute domestic and international movement of equipment by air, sea, and ground
• Manage shipping, receiving, staging, storage, distribution, and short-notice transport within the Philippines
• Coordinate operations with military transportation units, carriers, freight forwarders, vendors, and subcontractors
• Maintain property accountability for GFP and DoD assets per contract standards
• Deliver on-site logistics for SOF units, exercises, and site activations
