Job summary

V2X in Subic, Philippines is seeking an Automated Logistical Specialist to support LOGCAP. You will operate TEWLS and GCSS-A, track medical equipment maintenance, input work orders, and prepare data for daily reports.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Supply to ensure parts availability, validating PRs, and maintaining schedules and records. This role requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a CAC, with rotating shifts and 24/7 coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• GCSS-A Plant Maintenance Certificates required.
• TEWLS is required.
• Operates TEWLS is required.
• Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A) preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain successful NACI background for CAC.
• Ability to acquire U.S. Passport within 30 days of hiring.
• A valid Driver’s License is required for all Labor Categories in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Operates the Theater Enterprise-Wide Logistical System (TEWLS) and GCSS-A computer systems.
• Maintain medical maintenance schedules to reflect due dates and shipping, update work orders, track materiel, enter man-hours used, etc.
• Maintains, receives, edits, and processes work requests and files.
• Assist in preparation of medical maintenance reports and statistical data.
• Coordinate with Supply personnel to ensure adequate repair parts and supplies are available.
• Use GCSS-A to capture data related to maintenance work orders, inspections, and urgent requests.
• Validate Purchase Requests (PRs).
• Prepare daily CDRLs for inventory, receipt, issue, and other transactions.
• Label articles and identify Government Property.
• Move Government Property using pallet jacks, forklifts, or industrial trucks.
• Identify excess Government Property for disposition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
