Qualifications

• 3+ years managing Docusign eSignature, Org Admin, or CLM platforms.
• Strong browser/JS basics, API integration experience, and SSO/SAML 2.0 knowledge.
• Able to map complex document workflows and guide non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Platform Administration: manage Docusign settings, user provisioning, SSO, and permissions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in templates, routing, and IDV blocks.
• Support integrations and webhooks with Salesforce, Workday, and ERPs.
• Advise on envelope corrections, redlining, and CLM for complex agreements.
• Monitor enterprise deployments and maintain secure, compliant workflows.
