Job summary

Eclaro Business Solutions, Inc. seeks a proactive Sales Support professional to manage the end-to-end sales process, from generating quotes to securing POs, onsite at MOA with close collaboration with the local team.

The role requires coordinating with the US sales group and international clients across Asia, Europe, and the US, using MS Teams, Outlook, and Google Workspace, with a night shift schedule preferred.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience as Sales Support/Admin.
• Experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/Tech Industries (or B2B sales environment) will be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Teams and Outlook and Google Workspace.
• MS Excel - basic functions like computations and using filters; advantage if you know formulas and Pivot Tables.
• Professional emailing.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Previous nightshift schedule experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end sales process from generating quotes to securing Purchase Orders (POs).
• Communicate effectively via email, video calls, and chat with both internal US sales teams and international clients across Asia, Europe, and the US.
• Maintain strong client relationships through timely and strategic follow-ups to drive business forward.
• Continuously evaluate workflows and propose strategic improvements to enhance efficiency.
