Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in listed fields (Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Computer Science/IT, Journalism, Science & Technology or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of experience in the role or as a Document Analyst.
• Very knowledgeable in MS Office.
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hands on experience and knowledge with MS Office (MS Word and Excel)
• Apply structures and styles to Word documents based on specifications
• Implements accurate application of cross references, floats, and URLs.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of letter casing, punctuation and styles per manuscript standards
• Review citations and ensure references are tagged and linked correctly
• Check reference list tagging per style and type
• Insert citations of figures, tables, and equations for compositor reference
• Run client and in-house validation tools to ensure quality before handoff
• Demonstrate keen attention to detail and analytical thinking
