Job summary

Halcyon Marine Healthcare Systems Inc. in Metro Manila seeks an experienced Medical Operations Leader to oversee daily clinical operations and supervise Post Medical Doctors and staff.

You will coordinate with patients, hospitals and stakeholders, prepare medical reports and certifications, conduct teleconsultations and PCR-related care, and ensure proper documentation and progress reporting, with a focus on continuity and quality of care.

Qualifications

• MD degree (Licensed Physician) is required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a post-medical facility.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and communication tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Knowledge in patient care, health promotion, and clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations:

Telemedicine & PCR:

• Conduct teleconsultations and issue medical reports/prescriptions.
• Manage PCR-related consultations and result releases.
• Ensure medical coverage after office hours when needed.

Ship Consultation:

• Ensure completion of required forms and proper case documentation.
• Monitor case progress and closure.

MCMI Support:

• Maintain case statistics and support operational improvements.
• Assist in case coordination and teleconsultation assignments.
