• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Conduct teleconsultations and issue medical reports/prescriptions.
• Manage PCR‑related consultations and result releases.
• Ensure medical coverage after office hours when needed.
• Ship Consultation: complete forms and proper case documentation; monitor progress.
• MCMI Support: maintain case statistics and assist teleconsultation assignments.
