Job summary

Marygracecafe is seeking a Dock Controller to coordinate and monitor the flow of goods through our loading docks. You will ensure items are received, dispatched, and documented accurately while maintaining safety and efficiency.

You will work with drivers, porters, and warehouse teams, manage dock schedules, verify paperwork, and uphold safety protocols. This role is based at our head office in Parañaque and involves a 6-day work week with on-site duties.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with 1–2 years in logistics or dock operations.
• Able to perform physical tasks and on-site issue resolution.
• Willing to work 6 days on rotating shifts at head office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with drivers and warehouse teams.
• Manage dock appointment schedules and communicate slot availability.
• Audit shipping/receiving paperwork and log dock activity.
• Enforce dock safety protocols and report incidents.
• Maintain clean, organized loading dock area.
