Job summary

Syspro BPO Inc. is seeking a reliable Logistics Staff to support daily logistics and shipping operations at Paranaque. You will coordinate deliveries, prepare shipping documents, and perform field work with customs and related offices.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in customs administration with 1–2 years of experience, strong organizational skills, and willingness to travel as needed. On-site work at Royal Cargo Building in Paranaque is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BS Customs Administration or any related field.
• 1–2 years of experience required.
• Willing to perform field work and travel when required.
• Knowledge of logistics and shipping documentation is an advantage.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Residing near Paranaque City only.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating shipments and delivery schedules
• Prepare and process logistics and shipping documents
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, brokers, and transport providers
• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery
• Perform field work such as document processing with customs, ports, and related offices
• Maintain accurate records of logistics transactions
