Qualifications

• PreferablyRegistered Pharmacist or graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or related courses.
• 7–10 years of experience in Category Management, Merchandising, Buying, or Commercial Management.
• At least 3–5 years in a leadership role managing pharmaceutical or healthcare categories.
• Experience in retail pharmacy, healthcare retail, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industries preferred.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Division Merchandise Manager for Prescription Products is responsible for the strategic planning, sourcing, merchandising, pricing, inventory management, and financial performance of the prescription medicines category. The role ensures the availability of the right products at the right stores and right time while maximizing sales, gross profit, inventory efficiency, and customer satisfaction in compliance with applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
