Job summary

Aspen Philippines Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a team of Medical Product Specialists in South GMA/South Luzon. The DSM will drive sales performance, execute strategic initiatives, and oversee field operations to achieve business objectives.

You will coach and develop staff, monitor market trends, collaborate with Marketing and Medical Affairs, ensure compliant practices, prepare forecasts, and travel extensively within the district.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• At least 3 years in a people management role.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the district.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Specialists to achieve sales targets.
• Drive territory performance by implementing sales and marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Conduct regular field visits, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure territory coverage, call planning, and execution excellence.
