Job summary

Wellmade Manufacturing Corp. in the Philippines is seeking an Inventory Accountant who will manage stock movements, monitor distributor inventories, and handle billing-related transactions.

You will work with warehouse, logistics, sales, and accounting teams to ensure accuracy of records in SAP, maintain trackers, and support month-end close and reporting.

Fresh graduates are welcome, and a degree in accounting or business is required; proficiency with Excel/Word is favored.

Responsibilities

• Process and record incoming and outgoing stock movements.
• Monitor distributor warehouse inventory and stock balances.
• Prepare and process sales transactions, credit memos, and inventory transactions.
• Maintain inventory trackers and stock monitoring reports.
• Support order processing activities and transaction validation.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales, and accounting teams.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of encoded transactions and records.
• Receive the PDF format of the Charge Sales Invoice and PO thru email from and Booking Specialists-MT for printing.
• Receive, account and file all Modern Trade delivered/countered invoices in a timely manner
• Prepare and compute distributor's billing statement and Coordinate with the C & C department on the collection updates
• Perform monthly physical inventory count and reconciliation of warehouse stocks.
• Encode, maintain, and monitor operational KPI trackers including CFR, OTDL, and other service performance metrics to ensure timely reporting and visibility.
• Physically countercheck all incoming stocks and validate quantity, condition, and supporting documents.
• Record sales returns, purchase returns, stock transfers, and inventory adjustments accurately.
• Record sales transactions and inventory movements in SAP on a timely basis.
• Encode sales returns and credit memos for returned good stocks from distributors.
• Monitor and maintain inventory trackers, stock aging reports, and warehouse monitoring files.
• Review completeness and accuracy of supporting documents such as SO, PO, return slips, and CSI attachments.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics teams regarding stock discrepancies, returns, and inventory concerns.
• Monitor and reconcile distributor transactions including collections, expenses, and inventory balances.
• Ensure source documents and encoded transactions are aligned and accurately reflected in system records.
• Support closing activities through timely preparation of reports, schedules, and reconciliations.
• Monitor bad order (BO) inventory and coordinate proper disposition and documentation.
• Maintain proper filing and safekeeping of accounting documents and transaction records.
• Prepare reports and supporting schedules required by management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
