Job summary

Bounty Fresh Food, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to ensure smooth warehouse operations, overseeing order prep, supply requests and packaging, and daily deliveries.

The role requires leadership, reliability, and strong communication to coordinate with stores, distributors, and the head office. The successful candidate will monitor egg shipments to distribution centers, manage waste disposal, backloads, and stock levels, while ensuring compliance and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shipment of eggs to distribution centers and ensure timely deliveries.

• Maintain stock levels and prevent zero stock situations at stores.
• Submit reports to Head Office on time and act as reliever during absences.

Job description

Job Summary:

Ensure to maintain the good operation of the warehouse by managing the whole process inside the warehouse. Responsible for the monitoring of order preparation, requesting of supply and packaging, completing the deliveries assigned on a day.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitors the shipment of table eggs going to distribution center.
• Limit up to 1% rejects on shipment.
• Ensure to backload the used paper trays and boxes to Luzon every shipment.
• Manage the waste material in warehouse by ensuring to dispose it properly.
• Ensure the continuous delivery on the Supermarket, HRI and other customer.
• Monitor the store stocks thru Tactical Coordinator and prevent the critical to zero stocks inside the store.
• Monitor the performance of Tactical Coordinator by checking the RTV, backload and Sales per Store.
• Monitor the SOA of the customer's account in collection.
• Ensure all reports were submitted to the Head Office on time.
• Act as reliever on the absences of the personnel inside the warehouse.
• Perform other duties assigned as need arises.
