Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily distribution operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers and business units.
• Monitor shipment schedules and coordinate with warehouses, transport providers, and customers.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure product availability and proper stock allocation.
• Monitor inventory levels and address stock shortages or overstock situations.
• Ensure accurate documentation of inventory movements and deliveries.
• Provide training and coaching to improve team productivity and service quality.
• Implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for distribution activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, and safety standards.
