Job summary

Suy Sing Commercial Corporation is seeking a Receiving Specialist to manage warehouse assets, print barcodes, and update lockers. The role supports daily management activities and requires attention to inventory, records, and process compliance.

Responsibilities include Jira entries for repairs, asset checks, biometric enrollments, and coordinating with the releasing checker for PO processing. This is an on-site position in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Keep records of branch distribution assets in the warehouse
• Jira entry for repair of assets, Request for PRF if needed
• Inventory of warehouse assets every 6 months
• Keep records of locker assignment (regular and coop), update if needed
• Check DTR of LTP members
• Keep records of regular employees uniform and safety shoes
• Process Y break (s.o. and internal p.o.) and forward to releasing checker
• Print RMR 3 times a day or as needed
• Print bin/box barcode - for breakcase use
• Print item barcode as per supplier request
• Supplies requisition for office, warehouse and breakcase every Thursday
• Enroll new hires to biometric
• Print picker id barcode
• Help RS in p.o. issuance if needed
