Job summary

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in UAMS system enhancements and related projects by providing operational input.
• Prepare, validate, and record MIMPH commission entries accurately and within established processing.
• Identify and implement process automation and efficiency improvements that reduce manual effort.
• Enhance GROUP and ASI1 processes and support timely and accurate payment of agents.
• Administer the Agents Provident Fund, including transaction processing and record maintenance.
• Validate daily CRR reports, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate prompt corrections.
• Respond to inquiries from agents and internal departments with accurate information.
• Prepare and issue annual Provident Fund Statements of Account, ensuring completeness.
• Perform the monthly ERH computation and complete the required validation and documentation.
• Record loan deductions accurately, maintain supporting records, and resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct eSOA discussions and provide clear guidance to agents on reading and interpreting statements.

The Distribution Accounting Supervisor supports the accurate, timely, and efficient administration of agent-related operations. The role participates in system enhancements and cross-functional projects, manages compensation and provident fund activities, validates operational reports, processes distribution-related transactions, and responds to inquiries from agents and internal departments. The position also identifies opportunities to automate processes, strengthen controls, and improve service delivery.
