Qualifications

• Experience leading a disputes or fraud investigations team.
• Strong coaching and development skills for new and existing staff.

• Lead Disputes Investigators in Manila and Managua to deliver high‑quality support.
• Coach for performance, development, and adherence to policies and labor regulations.
• Oversee daily team activities and ensure achievement of service promises.
