You will be the main contact for customers regarding delivery status and location, while maintaining strict compliance with transport regulations.

The role also requires accurate record keeping of dispatch data, routes, deliveries, drivers logs, and customer information, supporting efficient operations and reliable service delivery.

• Driver Collaboration - Assign drivers to specific routes and loads, monitoring their progress and providing updates to internal operation.
• Customer & Internal Communication - Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding deliveries team status and location.
• Administrative Compliance - Ensure all transportation activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Accurate Record Keeping - Maintain accurate records of dispatches , routes, deliveries, drivers logs, and customer information.
