Job summary

One Call Solutions in Quezon City is seeking a Data Analytics Supervisor (Dispatch Operations) to bridge real-time field operations and business intelligence. You will lead dispatchers and analysts, using data to improve routing, reduce delays, and raise service levels.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in dispatch, with 1–2 years in supervision. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools is essential, plus strong communication and problem-solving under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3+ years in dispatch or fleet operations with 1–2 years in supervision are expected.
• Advanced Excel and SQL; BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of dispatchers and data analysts with clear performance metrics.
• Analyze dispatch, fleet, and route data using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Python to optimize KPIs.
• Oversee real-time dispatch systems (CAD/Fleet Management) and resolve high-priority escalations.
• Develop dynamic forecasting models to predict peak volume hours and adjust staffing/fleet allocation.
• Create automated dashboards for executives to track KPIs like Cost per Delivery and OTIF.
