Job summary

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, and kitchen tools.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen, pantry, and dishwashing areas.
• Sweep, mop, and clean floors and surfaces in assigned work areas.
• Dispose of waste properly and ensure garbage bins are regularly emptied and cleaned.
• Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies and deliveries.
• Support kitchen and dining operations by performing general cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Follow proper hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
