Job summary

Brightserve Solutions Inc. is seeking a diligent Dishwashing/Kitchen Helper to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, clean dishes, assist with basic food preparation, and support both kitchen and front-of-house operations on site in Las Piñas, Metro Manila.

The role involves dishwashing, sanitation, waste management, equipment cleaning, and stocking supplies, with guidance from chefs or management to ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashers or wash by hand to clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans.
• Sweep, mop, and clean floors, walls, worktables, and other surfaces in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Remove garbage and maintain clean, safe, and sanitary waste disposal and loading areas.
• Follow and adhere to all health and safety standards to ensure a clean and professional working environment.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils, stock clean dishes, and ensure a steady supply of clean items.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables or slicing meat, as directed by chefs or management.
• Clean dining rooms, restrooms, and other public areas, including restocking supplies and performing parking lot maintenance.
• Assist both the kitchen staff and the front-of-house team with tasks like bussing tables or stocking supplies to ensure smooth operations.
