Job summary

Brightserve Solutions Inc. in Iloilo City is seeking a reliable kitchen utility/dishwasher to support daily operations in our dining spaces. You will operate dishwashers or wash by hand, maintain clean dining areas, and assist with basic food preparation as directed.

You will work with kitchen and front-of-house teams to stock supplies, clean equipment, and follow health and safety standards, ensuring a sanitary, safe, and efficient environment for guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashers or wash by hand to clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans.
• Sweep, mop, and clean floors, walls, worktables, and other surfaces in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Remove garbage and maintain clean, safe, and sanitary waste disposal and loading areas.
• Follow and adhere to all health and safety standards to ensure a clean and professional working environment.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils, stock clean dishes, and ensure a steady supply of clean items.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables or slicing meat, as directed by chefs or management.
• Clean dining rooms, restrooms, and other public areas, including restocking supplies and performing parking lot maintenance.
• Assist both the kitchen staff and the front-of-house team with tasks like bussing tables or stocking supplies to ensure smooth operations.
