• Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, and silverware according to established procedures. This includes ensuring that all items are thoroughly cleaned and free of any food debris or residue.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area. This includes keeping the dishwashing station stocked with supplies, cleaning and sanitizing the work area regularly, and disposing of waste properly.
• Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed. This may include preparing food items, stocking supplies, and assisting with general kitchen cleanup.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and often demanding kitchen environment. This includes the ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure to keep up with the demands of meal service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. This includes standing for long hours while washing dishes and performing other kitchen duties.
• Possess basic cleaning and sanitization skills. This includes understanding and following proper food safety and hygiene procedures.
