Job summary

About the role

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Dishwasher / Kitchen Cleaner for our Chinese banquet restaurant in Greenhills, San Juan City.

Key responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize plates, bowls, utensils, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen washing area and equipment.
• Properly organize and store clean kitchen utensils and tools.
• Assist in kitchen cleaning, waste disposal, and sanitation tasks.
• Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning and preparation duties when needed.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Perform other kitchen cleaning duties assigned by the chef or manager.

About you

• Previous dishwasher or kitchen cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
• Hardworking, responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a busy restaurant environment and stand for long hours.
• Willing to perform dishwashing, heavy pot washing, and general kitchen cleaning.
• Able to follow instructions and maintain hygiene standards.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to start as soon as possible.
