Job summary

Risla Collection Inc. is seeking a reliable dishwasher/kitchen aide to support our kitchen team in Angono, Rizal. You will wash, sanitize, and store dishes and utensils, operate dishwashing equipment, and help keep all areas clean and well-stocked.

The role requires physical stamina to stand long hours, the ability to lift heavy items, and a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Prior restaurant or food service experience is an advantage, but not required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service establishment is an advantage.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals.
• Sort, stack, and store clean dishes and kitchen items in designated areas.
• Keep dishwashing stations clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Assist in cleaning kitchen floors, walls, drains, and food preparation areas.
• Remove garbage and maintain cleanliness of waste disposal areas.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Report damaged equipment, utensils, or maintenance issues to supervisors.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and support tasks as needed.
• Perform opening and closing cleaning duties including restroom.
