TIANJIN CUISINE GROUP INC. is seeking a hardworking Kitchen Helper to assist our Chinese chefs at GH Lotus / Banquet Restaurant in Greenhills, San Juan City. You will support daily kitchen operations, prepare ingredients, and help maintain sanitation and safety standards in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires basic food prep skills, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions. Shifts include weekends and holidays, with opportunities to grow alongside experienced chefs.

• Clean and organize kitchen tools, equipment, and preparation areas.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Follow the chef's instructions and company kitchen standards.

About the role

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Kitchen Helper to assist our Chinese chefs at GH Lotus / Banquet Restaurant in Greenhills, San Juan City.

SALARY

• Basic salary: PHP 755 per working day (8 hours).

• Estimated monthly basic pay: PHP 19,630 based on 26 working days.

• Actual salary depends on days worked.

• Overtime and applicable holiday pay are calculated separately.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Chinese chefs with daily kitchen operations.

• Wash, cut, and prepare beef, chicken, vegetables, and other ingredients.

• Assist with ingredient preparation, portioning, and food arrangement.

• Support kitchen operations during busy restaurant and banquet service.

• Clean and organize kitchen tools, equipment, and preparation areas.

• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness.

• Follow the chef's instructions and company kitchen standards.

About you

• Previous kitchen helper or restaurant kitchen experience preferred.

• Chinese restaurant or banquet kitchen experience is an advantage.

• Basic cutting and food preparation skills preferred.

• Able to assist chefs and follow instructions.

• Hardworking, responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.

• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
