- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.

- Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
- Comfortable working with email, spreadsheets, document management systems, portals, fax systems, and trackers.
What We’re Looking For:
We need someone who can take ownership of their assigned forms and cases, not simply wait for follow-ups.
The successful candidate should be able to:
- Monitor due dates independently.
- Identify missing information.
- Follow up before cases become overdue.
- Keep trackers updated.
- Maintain both speed and accuracy.
Because these forms may directly affect a patient’s employment, leave, or disability benefits, timeliness and accuracy are equally important.
This is a project-based position, and continued engagement will depend on the requirements and duration of the assigned healthcare project.
The position reports directly to the Team Lead and Director. Urgent requirement. Candidates who can start immediately or within a short notice period will be prioritized.
