Sun Life Financial in the Philippines is seeking a Disability Case Specialist to adjudicate disability eligibility for short and long-term benefits. You will coordinate interventions, gather information, and communicate decisions while maintaining confidentiality and privacy.

The role requires a nursing or allied medical degree with at least 2 years in disability case management and strong BPO healthcare experience, plus proficiency with Windows PC applications.

Formación

• Degree in Nursing or allied medical courses.
• At least 2 years related experience in disability case management.
• Strong BPO Healthcare experience.
• Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications.

Responsabilidades

• Adjudicate disability for eligibility of short and long-term benefits.
• Coordinate interventions and collaborate with stakeholders to obtain information and communicate decisions.
• Conduct telephone interviews to develop and maintain outcome-focused case management plans.
• Identify factors affecting functional capability and return-to-work plans.
• Build relationships with clients and participate in face-to-face or virtual client meetings.
