Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking an experienced governance executive to unify value realization and capital discipline across the enterprise. You will arbitrate between value and capital signals and serve as the final escalation point before PMO Steering Committee decisions.

Lead the Pillar’s governance framework, coordinate with Finance and PMO, and drive portfolio ROI, EVM, and capital efficiency reporting while shaping succession and capability plans for the teams involved.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Portfolio/Program Governance, Financial Management, or Strategy.
• 3–5+ years leading both value/benefits and capital/cost governance functions.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the integrated Pillar governance framework unifying Value Assurance and Capital Assurance.
• Adjudicate disputes and issue unified recommendations; act as final escalation point.
• Consolidate outputs into a Pillar-level narrative for PMO Steering Committee/Investment Council.
• Reprioritize or halt initiatives based on value-and-capital signals.
• Monitor Portfolio ROI, Earned Value Management (EVM) attainment, and capital efficiency.
• Own resourcing and leadership for Value Assurance and Capital Assurance managers.
• Contribute to enterprise portfolio governance roadmap and capital allocation strategy with Finance/PMO.
