Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking a senior leader for Training and Quality to serve as the single point of contact for clients and internal leaders. You will drive the Training and Quality framework and oversee governance of performance across geographies.

Lead the tech infusion of Concentrix tools and support growth ramps with demand planning in a lean model. Strong analytical skills and transformation experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leadership in Training & Quality at scale.
• Experience leading enterprise T&Q functions supporting thousands of headcounts across geographies.
• Transformation experience (AI-enabled learning, automation) is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills.

• Proven leadership in Training & Quality, strong stakeholder management, data driven decision making, and the ability to translate strategy into operational execution at scale, required


• Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise level Training & Quality functions supporting thousands of headcounts and multiple concurrent programs across geographies.


• Experience with transformation initiatives (e.g. AI enabled learning, automation), client facing exposure, and change management, highly preferred


• With strong analytical skills
