Job summary

Lennor Group is seeking a Facilities Director (Semiconductor Manufacturing) to lead facilities and engineering operations across CALABARZON, ensuring reliable plant infrastructure and compliance across sites. The role oversees a team of 30+ staff, including 3 managers, and collaborates with Manufacturing, EHS, Finance, and site leadership to support production continuity and capacity expansion.

You will drive preventive maintenance, capital projects, and safety programs while managing budgets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 15 years progressive experience in facilities/engineering within manufacturing.
• 10+ years leading engineering or facilities teams, multi-site preferred.
• Experience managing 30+ employees including managers as direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, utility, and building systems.
• Proven track record in capital planning, project execution, and reliability improvements.
• Willingness to work onsite across CALABARZON with regular travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities and engineering operations across manufacturing sites in CALABARZON.
• Directly manage a team of 30+ employees including 3 managers.
• Provide technical leadership for electrical, mechanical, and utility systems.
• Develop plans for capacity expansion and equipment installations.
• Oversee budgets, capital forecasts, and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, environmental, safety standards.
• Collaborate with site leadership and manufacturing teams.
