Job summary

Lennor Metier Consulting, on behalf of a leading semiconductor manufacturer, seeks a Director of IT based in Calabarzon. You will provide strategic and operational leadership across two manufacturing facilities, covering IT infrastructure, networks, MES, ERP, and OT environments.

You will work with the General Manager and stakeholders to translate business needs into tech solutions, ensure security and continuity, and align site IT priorities with corporate strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive IT experience with 3–5 years in leadership.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; English required; Tagalog preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, or related production environments.
• Hands‑on leadership for MES, SCADA, Warehouse systems, and OT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with enterprise standards, governance, and IT security.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for IT across two Calabarzon manufacturing facilities.
• Collaborate with General Manager and stakeholders to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Influence development roadmaps for MES, ERP, and enterprise platforms.
• Ensure IT operations comply with corporate strategy, governance, and security standards.
• Lead site IT organization including staffing, performance, and development.
• Oversee vendor management, budgets, and technology contracts.
• Establish IT change management practices and ensure production safety.
