Job summary

Lennor Group is seeking a Facilities and Engineering Director for semiconductor manufacturing in CALABARZON. You will lead facilities and engineering operations across multiple sites, ensuring reliable plant infrastructure, utilities, and compliance to production needs.

The role oversees a team of at least 30 personnel, including 3 Managers, partnering with Manufacturing, EHS, Finance and site leadership to drive capacity growth, capital projects, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 15 years of progressive experience in facilities/engineering, plant operations, or related technical functions.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience managing engineering and/or facilities teams.
• Experience leading a sizeable technical organization with 30+ employees and managers as direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, utility, building and manufacturing support infrastructure.
• Willing to work onsite across CALABARZON with regular travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities and engineering operations across CALABARZON manufacturing sites, ensuring infrastructure reliability and continuous production support.
• Manage and develop a facilities and engineering organization of at least 30 employees, including three direct-report Managers.
• Provide technical leadership across electrical, mechanical, utilities, building systems, and plant support infrastructure.
• Develop plans supporting capacity expansion, equipment installation, relocation, new product introductions, and factory layout changes.
• Oversee critical systems: electrical distribution, HVAC, compressed air, chilled water, exhaust, fire protection, generators, and plant utilities.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance, reliability, business continuity, and risk management.
• Lead facilities and engineering capital projects, upgrades, major repairs, and site improvement programs within budget and schedule.

About The Role

The Facilities Director (Semiconductor Manufacturing) will lead facilities and engineering operations supporting multiple manufacturing sites. The role is responsible for ensuring reliable plant infrastructure, utilities, engineering systems, compliance, capital projects, and facilities execution to support production continuity, capacity expansion, and long-term manufacturing growth.

This role will oversee a facilities and engineering organization of at least 30 employees, including 3 Managers as direct reports, and will work closely with Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, EHS, Finance, and site leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead facilities and engineering operations across manufacturing sites in CALABARZON, ensuring infrastructure reliability and continuous production support.
• Manage and develop a facilities and engineering organization of at least 30 employees, including three direct-report Managers and their respective technical teams.
• Provide technical leadership across electrical, mechanical, utilities, building systems, equipment support infrastructure, and other critical manufacturing systems.
• Develop infrastructure and engineering plans supporting capacity expansion, equipment installation and relocation, new product introductions, factory layout changes, and production requirements.
• Oversee critical systems including electrical distribution, HVAC, compressed air, chilled water, process cooling, exhaust, fire protection, generators, UPS systems, controls, and plant utilities.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment and utility reliability, business continuity, operational risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead facilities and engineering capital projects, infrastructure upgrades, major repairs, and site improvement programs while ensuring effective scope, budget, schedule, safety, and quality management.
• Manage operating budgets, capital forecasts, cost controls, and facilities and engineering financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, environmental regulations, safety requirements, permitting standards, contractor controls, and internal policies.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, EHS, Finance, and site leadership to identify infrastructure requirements, technical risks, capacity constraints, and long-term site needs.
• Develop engineering and facilities talent, strengthen technical capability, establish succession plans, and promote accountability and continuous improvement across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline.
• At least 15 years of progressive experience across facilities, engineering, plant operations, manufacturing infrastructure, or related technical functions.
• Strong combined background in both Facilities and Engineering within a manufacturing environment; candidates with purely administrative or commercial facilities experience will not be suitable.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience managing engineering and/or facilities teams, managers, technical professionals, or multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated experience leading a sizeable technical organization, ideally managing 30 or more employees with Managers or senior leaders as direct reports.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, utility, building, and manufacturing support infrastructure.
• Proven experience in engineering projects, equipment and infrastructure upgrades, capital planning, project execution, reliability improvement, and technical problem-solving.
• Strong background in facilities budgeting, capital expenditure planning, cost control, risk management, and business case development.
• Good knowledge of facilities and engineering compliance, permitting, contractor management, workplace safety, building regulations, and operational risk.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and work across multiple manufacturing functions.
• Must be willing to work onsite across CALABARZON, with regular travel between both locations.

Good To Have Qualifications

• Strong experience within semiconductor, electronics, precision manufacturing, industrial technology, or other high-tech manufacturing environments.
• Previous responsibility for both Facilities and Engineering organizations within a semiconductor or electronics manufacturing plant.
• Experience supporting cleanroom environments, high-reliability utilities, sensitive manufacturing equipment, or complex factory infrastructure.
• Experience in factory expansion, manufacturing capacity planning, equipment installation, facility upgrades, and major capital projects.
• Experience managing multiple manufacturing locations or regional facilities and engineering operations.
• Advanced degree or professional certifications in Engineering, Facilities Management, Project Management, Energy Management, or Reliability Management.
