Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking the Head/Director of Engineering & Technical Services in Makati to lead a multi-technology renewables team responsible for governance, asset management, and engineering support across hydro, geothermal, solar, wind and run-of-river assets.

The role drives world-class safety, reliability, and efficiency, delivering lifecycle strategies, audits, and capital project assessment while aligning with ISO standards and corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Requires extensive experience in engineering, asset management, and technical services across multi-technology power generation assets.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams and audits.
• Solid knowledge of international standards (ISO 55001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across asset lifecycle for Hydro, Geothermal, Solar, Wind, and Run-of-River assets.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering technical support, root cause analyses, and outage support.
• Develop and implement lifecycle asset management strategies and engineering directives.
