Job summary

Mastercard Philippines seeks a Director for Technology Account Management (RTP) to lead delivery of Real Time Payments products to operators and clients. You will coordinate with regional teams to deploy RTP solutions, providing technical guidance, onboarding, migrations and post-production support.

Qualifications

BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
Experience with Real Time Payments integration.
Experience supporting RTP deployments and migrations.
Strong knowledge of APIs and web technologies in payments.

Responsibilities

Lead RTP delivery initiatives from concept through deployment.
Provide technical guidance and cross-functional collaboration.
Support post-production activities, troubleshooting, and migrations.
Serve as primary technical contact for clients and partners.
Coordinate releases and training, and align priorities with stakeholders.
Collaborate with country leads, product teams, and operations to plan timelines.
Conduct regular training sessions for clients and vendors.
