Job summary

Mastercard in the Philippines is seeking a Director/Senior Analyst in Technology Account Management focused on Real Time Payment (RTP). The role ensures timely delivery of RTP products and services to operators and clients, coordinating with regional teams and internal stakeholders to deploy RTP solutions effectively.

You will lead technical guidance, on-boarding, and release management, while providing expert support and training to clients and partners throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• BSc degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• Knowledge of Real Time Payment and technical integration is required for the Director level position.
• Experience providing technical support for Real Time Payment.
• Experience integrating payment solutions across multiple platforms and services.
• Knowledge of web technologies, APIs and general payment system.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives from concept stage, scoping functional requirements with clients and operators.
• Provide technical guidance, develop technical solutions, manage performance across delivery phases.
• Offer post-production support, troubleshooting, logs review and migrations with clients and operators.
• Act as primary technical contact for clients, operators and cross-functional teams.
• Support production migration for clients and address settlement-related issues with timely report delivery.
• Coordinate release management and training, assist clients on regression testing and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with country leads, account managers, product leaders, and regional leads to prioritize release timelines.

Technology Account Management (Real Time Payment, RTP)- Director/Senior Analyst

Overview

As a Technology Account Manager, the team ensures the timely delivery and execution of MasterCard's RTP Products & Services to operators and clients in the Philippines. Their role involves direct interaction with operators, clients, and regional MasterCard functions to deploy RTP solutions successfully.

Key responsibilities include technical and operational support, program management, client implementation and onboarding, release management, client training, and coordinating delivery priorities with stakeholders.

We are hiring a Director and a Senior Analyst level positions in the TAM team.

The Role

• Lead initiatives starting from the concept stage, including scoping functional requirements with clients and operators, providing consulting support on the onboarding process, and managing cross-functional partners
• Provide technical guidance, develop technical solutions, manage performance, and ensure effective execution across all phases of the delivery process
• Offer post-production support, including troubleshooting, reviewing logs, and supporting migrations and testing with clients and operators
• Act as the primary technical contact for clients, operators, and cross-functional teams
• Support production migration for clients, address settlement‑related issues, and ensure timely delivery of reports
• Facilitate release management and training, support clients on regression testing and troubleshooting
• Contribute to pipeline development by collaborating with country leads, account managers, product leaders, and the O&T Regional lead, to prioritize the timeline for releases and maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular training sessions for clients, vendors, and relevant industry authorities

All About You

• BSc Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System or related field
