Job summary

Manulife Philippines invites a People Director for MITDC Philippines to shape and execute a forward-looking talent strategy that supports digital, operational, and cultural transformation, including succession planning, talent management, and performance management.

The role partners with MITDC leadership to build a tech-forward employee experience, lead people operations across functions, and align with Asia Delivery Center practices to enable agile, data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

Experience leading within a complex matrix with regional/global reporting lines.
Strong understanding of technology delivery center operations and digital workforce dynamics.
Proven ability to influence across a matrix and build trust with global leaders.
Ability to translate business strategy into actionable People strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a forward-looking talent strategy aligned with growth and digital transformation.
Advise MITDC leadership on organizational effectiveness, culture, leadership development, and workforce transformation.
Lead People operations and advisory support across MITDC functions, ensuring a tech-forward employee experience.
Shape workforce plans for engineering, technology, and digital roles and build pipelines for niche skills.
Partner with global COEs to harmonize processes and elevate service standards.
